Public Offer, Payment and Refund

1. Operator and subject of the offer

The NikDimon Products website (products.nikdimon.com) is operated by a self-employed individual registered in Switzerland (Dmytro Nikolaienko, “the operator”), UID CHE-231.543.556. This offer governs the purchase of licenses for the software products (plugins and other digital solutions) presented on the website and the use of the personal account. Payment for a license constitutes full acceptance of this offer. This offer covers paid licenses only. Free versions of the products, including plugins published in the WordPress.org directory, are provided under their own licenses (the GPL) and are not governed by this offer.

2. Products and pricing

The website presents products developed by the operator and his team. Current license pricing is published on the product pages and in the personal account. A license may be granted on a one-time basis, for a fixed period (for example, a year) or as a subscription — the terms are shown before payment.

3. Free account and free versions

Registering a personal account is free and no bank card is required. Most products have free versions that can be used without any time limit. Paid (Pro) features are activated with a license key after payment.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe and other available payment systems. Before payment you are shown the product, the scope of the license (limits, term) and the price. The operator does not store full bank card numbers or other payment credentials.

5. Delivery of the license key

After successful payment, the license key becomes available in your personal account (and may also be sent to your email) — as a rule, immediately. The key is activated in the settings of the corresponding product; activation guides are published on the website.

6. Auto-renewal

If a license is purchased as a subscription, it renews automatically for the next period at the current price unless you disable auto-renewal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time before the next charge date in your personal account; access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of the first payment for a license if the paid features of the product materially fail to match their description or do not work, and our support team has been unable to resolve the problem. Upon refund, the license key is deactivated and access to paid features and updates ends. Renewal charges for subsequent periods are non-refundable once made — to avoid them, disable auto-renewal before the next charge date.

8. Price changes

The operator may change license prices. New pricing applies only to new purchases and new renewal periods.

9. Taxes

Prices are stated in accordance with the tax rules applicable to the operator in Switzerland; any taxes due in the User’s jurisdiction are the User’s responsibility.

10. Governing law

This offer is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the User’s country of residence remain unaffected.
